With the conflict between the Filipinos and Chinese continuing their arguement in social media. Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa filed in an accordance to bring back ROTC back to life (like Frankenstein) to prepare for the worst in case it ends up in war "actual gera ito" as he says. Some of which would prefer for it to instead of ROTC it will be the Mandatory Military Training used in countries like Korea, Singapore. Serving for the military in a duration of about 6 months to 2 years. Without the freedom to choose whether or not to not join in the military for a short while. Unlike in basic ROTC it is a 2 year course in Senior High School and is optional if you want to continue it to college as Advance ROTC.
