Dr. Merle said that there are seminars readied for the people that will be involved in the aforementioned project – well yes, these are to cater the persons’ step by step learning, being taught how to prepare the files that are to be authenticated, in order to pass the certification levels.

     

     But since this will be looking for those capable of writing with at least professionalism, it will be very hard to just assign free individuals for having the least load in their institution.

      They are aware of the problem of short hesitations that existed, and could still arise during the process, but those personnel do not have the same interpretations and understanding on the task that will be assigned to them, if they are to be part of this LIGHTS.

     These individuals must be used on having the light burden in their own schools, and psychologically speaking, they might be shocked with lots of the narratives to be made – which is not acceptable to add obligations to them considering the fact that they might push themselves to the extent of not prioritizing their other necessities.

      At the end of the day, the procedure of choosing the scheme personnel should be well-thought of, so that casualties in terms of health and emotions are evaded, and for the remedies’ betterment to continue the prosper of triumph in Quezon.
